Monday 6-8pm How to cover a 2 Tier Wedding Cake using RTR Icing 12th Apr - 26th Apr Duration: 3 classes Cost: $132 How to use and work with RTR Icing. Doweling and stacking etc Use various methods to finish the cake such as a drape, flowers filagree, swags or topper.
1 x 10" & 6" fruit cakes will need to be brought to the first class along with other equipment (Including: rolling pin, icing sugar, knife, smoother, pastry brush, cake boards x 2, dowels, pillars, apricot jam/bandy, RTR, crimpers, piping bag, royal icing piping tube, selection of flowers if desired. and any other essential items in your tool kit).

Payment plan option: 50% deposit at time of booking and remainder to be paid in the first half of course.
