Monday 6-8pm           How to cover a 2 Tier Wedding Cake using RTR Icing
12th Apr - 26th Apr     Duration: 3 classes
Cost: $132                 How to use and work with RTR Icing.
                                 Doweling and stacking etc
                                 Use various methods to finish the cake such as a drape, flowers
                                 filagree, swags or topper.

                                 1 x 10" & 6" fruit cakes will need to be brought to the first class
                                 along with other equipment (Including: rolling pin, icing sugar,
                                 knife, smoother, pastry brush, cake boards x 2, dowels, pillars,
                                 apricot jam/bandy, RTR, crimpers, piping bag, royal icing
                                 piping tube, selection of flowers if desired. and any other
                                 essential items in your tool kit).

Additional tools and materials will be required. Please contact us for full details.

Payment plan option: 50% deposit at time of booking and remainder to be paid in the
first half of course.
 
Classes are subject to change dependent on class numbers.
